①拆除入戶次臥非承重墻，設計玄關，完善入戶空間比例及功能。

②陽臺并入客廳，橫廳設雙人工作臺、書柜收納，陽臺增設玻璃洗衣房及晾曬區。

③洗手臺外移，調整主臥、次臥門洞，合理規劃主次臥生活動線，提高生活舒適度。
