● 原戶型被隔成了大小不一的7個(gè)出租房，打掉多余的非承重墻，將整個(gè)空間重新規(guī)劃。最大的改動就是拆掉了一個(gè)朝南的房間，讓整個(gè)客廳的娛樂空間放大，設(shè)計(jì)成洄游動線，增強(qiáng)了空間的通透性、流線更順暢，空間也顯得更大。

● 在餐廳區(qū)域增加島臺和吧臺，增加了餐廚空間的互動性。

懸空的鞋柜，挑空的玄關(guān)，設(shè)計(jì)的魅力就在于讓你感到驚喜的同時(shí)覺得恰到好處。從玄關(guān)開始，隔而不離的每個(gè)空間一一給予驚喜。

The hanging shoe cabinet, the empty entrance, the charm of the design is to make you feel pleasantly surprised at the same time. Starting from the porch, each space that is not separated from each other gives surprises one by one.

Living Room

客 廳

巧用承重墻，將復(fù)雜的問題簡單化，順勢而為，打造令空間更為靈動的洄游動線，串聯(lián)每個(gè)區(qū)域，以空間來置換時(shí)間。

Clever use of load-bearing walls simplifies complex issues, and follows the trend to create a migration line that makes the space more flexible, connecting each area in series, and replacing time with space.

用相同的元素在整個(gè)空間中互相呼應(yīng)，偏冷的黑色用大面積的木飾面中和，擁有質(zhì)感的同時(shí)避免由暗色帶來的冷冽。

The same elements echo each other in the entire space. The cold black is neutralized with a large area of wood veneer, which has a texture and avoids the coldness brought by the dark color.

創(chuàng)造更多“家的角度”，人與人，人與空間的關(guān)系都更加緊密，舍棄一間臥室卻讓整個(gè)家看起來更有魅力。Create more "home perspectives", and the relationship between people and space is closer. Abandoning a bedroom makes the whole home look more attractive.

活動室

開放式活動區(qū)域開闊而敞亮，閱讀、工作、收納于一體，沒有固定的功能性卻讓這個(gè)角落發(fā)揮出最大的功能。打破常規(guī)思維，對家的想象可以更不可思議一些。

The open activity area is open and bright. Reading, working, and storage are all in one. There is no fixed function but this corner can give full play to its function. Breaking conventional thinking, the imagination of home can be even more incredible.

Dining Room

餐 廳

餐廳成為夫妻互動最多的區(qū)域，家長里短都在油鹽醬醋茶中被調(diào)味，時(shí)光從百葉窗灑進(jìn)又從百葉窗中褪去，是平淡生活的見證者。

The restaurant has become the area where couples interact the most. Parents’ short stories are seasoned in oil, salt, sauce and vinegar tea. Time spills in and fades out of the blinds. It is a witness to the ordinary life.

Kitchen

廚 房

廚房與餐廳融為一體，一個(gè)島臺的設(shè)計(jì)拉近空間與人的距離。島臺上方有一個(gè)大梁體，利用這個(gè)梁體做了一個(gè)高低差的設(shè)計(jì)，掩蓋梁體，增加層次感。黑色為主色的廚房與客廳也形成呼應(yīng)，利用色彩呈現(xiàn)空間整體的效果。

The kitchen is integrated with the dining room, and the design of an island narrows the distance between space and people. There is a large beam above the island platform, which is used to make a height difference design to cover the beam and increase the sense of hierarchy. The kitchen and the living room with black as the main color also echo, using colors to present the overall effect of the space.

Master Bedroom

主 臥

隱藏于木飾面之后的主臥隱秘性更佳，房型并不方正，將梳妝臺放置轉(zhuǎn)角，利用尷尬的空間。全屋無主燈，燈光分散于各個(gè)區(qū)域，營造不同的空間氛圍。

The master bedroom hidden behind the wooden veneer has better privacy, and the room type is not square. Put the dressing table in the corner to make use of the embarrassing space. There is no main light in the whole house, and the lights are scattered in various areas to create different spatial atmospheres.

次 臥

次臥十分簡約，但儲藏功能仍舊很強(qiáng)大。灰色系的臥室用原木色家具搭配更加溫暖。

The second bedroom is very simple, but the storage function is still very powerful. The grey bedroom is warmer with natural wood furniture.
