品牌策劃之初，我們便思考了很多。

商業的價值和目的是什么。

日料文化的精髓是什么。

當下城市生活的痛點是什么。

空間美學與場所精神的關系是什么。

我們如何使這幾點產生鏈接。創造一個商業模式成功并且能夠引領當下城市生活和城市人文的日式餐廳。

我們認為能夠解決人與人，人與城市，人與當下社會進程等等一系列的情感問題。?我們這個餐廳才能稱之為有文化，有靈魂。?我們要解決的不光是吃飽／吃好，還要解決深層次的問題，人文／情感／心靈／藝術／美學。

我們旨在創造一個詩意之地，居心之所。

處繁華而獨辟清幽之境，居鬧市而無車馬之喧。

停下來，讓自己安靜的品嘗每一顆米粒／每一根青菜／每一片肉，感受陽光／雨露／微風。
