五味緣小郡肝串串香火鍋店設計主要采用了工業風格進行裝飾，重點營造出質樸和純粹感，同時突出時尚、個性的感覺，充分滿足現代年輕人就餐環境的需要。以灰色作為主色調，墻面、地板與天花等都大量采用了該顏色以保證風格的和諧統一。餐廳內基本設置4人座或6人座，配合流暢的動線，親朋好友聚在一起擼串，別有一番情調。
